We are pleased to announce that beginning September, 2007 Dr. Diana Tanney will be joining Dr. Eben Carsey. Together they will share and expand what has been Dr. Carsey’s practice. Generally, Dr. Tanney will work Tuesdays and Thursdays, Dr. Carsey will work Mondays and Wednesdays, and they will take turns working Fridays and most Saturday mornings. Dr. Tanney and Dr. Carsey will work as a team to provide excellent, personalized, and compassionate care to your children throughout the week. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Diana Tanney. We are Board Certified pediatricians, each maintaining an individual practice that provides your child with his or her own doctor. To everyone's benefit, our offices are combined so we can consult freely with one another and can provide continuous care for your children.

The doctors at The Pediatric Center are not always accepting new patients. Please contact our office to inquire as to which doctors are accepting new patients at this time.

New patients must complete both the registration form and the financial policy form. We also request current patients complete these forms on a yearly basis to keep our records up to date. Please print both pages, fill them out, and then send them to us by either fax (303-442-7635) or by mail. Please bring the original signed copies with you to your appointment.

If you would like to obtain a copy of your child's medical records, please print, fill out, and either fax or mail the record release form to us. All record requests must be accompanied by a copy of your state-issued driver's license or identification card.
