Welcome to Boulder's Pediatric Center

We are Board Certified pediatricians, each maintaining an individual practice that provides your child with his or her own doctor. To everyone's benefit, our offices are combined so we can consult freely with one another and can provide continuous care for your children.


IMPORTANT UPDATE: H1N1 VACCINE

The Boulder County Health Department has approved the release of the H1N1 vaccine to a larger group of the population.

  • Pregnant women
  • Children 6 mo through 17 yrs
  • Young adults 18 through 24 yrs
  • Adults 25 through 64 years with chronic health conditions
  • Household contacts and caregivers of infants 0-6 months, and Health care workers.

The Pediatric Center has recieved the following types of H1N1 vaccine:

Nasal Spray - appropriate for people:
—over 2 years of age
—without a history of chronic illness
—has not had the seasonal flumist within the last 4 weeks

Injectable vaccine for people over 6 months
—both preservative free and regular

The Pediatric Center will providing the vaccine to our patients who fall into the categories listed above. We will be providing the vaccine by appointment only. Please contact our office at 303-442-2913.

H1N1 recall: The recall of H1N1 vaccine was voluntarily done by Sanofi Pasteur due to a potency error. There is no safety concern and of the lot numbers recalled, The Pediatric Center has not administered any vaccine in the recall.


Flu Season in the United States

The flu season In the United States is generally considered to be between October and May with the peak falling between late December and March.

However, the overall health impact of the flu tends to vary from year to year, but knowing about flu treatment and prevention options, you can be better prepared to face the flu season.

For this reason, we are providing a link to what we believe is a useful resource: www.flufacts.com. Their FluTracker application can inform you on where the flu is at all times — so you can be prepared.

Registration Information

The doctors at The Pediatric Center are not always accepting new patients. Please contact our office to inquire as to which doctors are accepting new patients at this time.

New patients must complete both the registration form and the financial policy form. We also request current patients complete these forms on a yearly basis to keep our records up to date. Please print both pages, fill them out, and then send them to us by either fax (303-442-7635) or by mail. Please bring the original signed copies with you to your appointment.

If you would like to obtain a copy of your child's medical records, please print, fill out, and either fax or mail the record release form to us. All record requests must be accompanied by a copy of your state-issued driver's license or identification card.
