Each patient is seen by an appointment, which must be arranged by the front desk staff. Please call the office at (303) 442-2913 to set up an appointment. Please schedule an appointment for each child since we cannot give adequate time to unscheduled patients while scheduled patients are waiting. If you need to cancel or will be late for an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible.

In an emergency we can be reached most quickly by calling (303) 442-2913 any time, day or night. Tell the operator that you have an emergency and then stay by and off the phone. We'll return your call promptly. The problem can sometimes be handled without an examination. When an examination is necessary for evaluation and treatment, it usually will be performed at the office rather than the hospital to assist in reducing cost. We do not recommend use of the convenience medical outlets as they will not be as familiar with you and your family as we are.

If, because of a rare mechanical or human error you can't reach us in a serious emergency, call 911 for ambulance service or report directly to the emergency room at Boulder Community Hospital (Broadway & Balsom).

If your child needs to be seen on a Sunday or Holiday, please try to call early in the day. A doctor is always on call to assist you. As with an after hours emergency, call us at (303) 442-2913. Tell the operator that you have an emergency and then stay by and off the phone.
